 Why Due Diligence Matters

Caship connects users, merchants, brands, startups, and partners through a shared loyalty ecosystem. For this network to work fairly, Caship must check every key participant at the right level. Due diligence helps Caship confirm identity, business legitimacy, transaction authenticity, merchant readiness, partner credibility, and policy compliance.

Unified Loyalty Ecosystem

Communities Thrive Together

What Caship May Verify

Account & Merchant Verification

User profile, account ownership, mobile/email, app activity, merchant details, ownership and authorization.

Business & Offer Verification

Business documents, GST/registration details, offer accuracy, QR readiness and customer-handling capacity.

Partner & Security Checks

Partner background, campaign intent, brand reputation, Caship rules, suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, fake transactions and policy violations.

Due Diligence For Merchants

Merchants may be required to submit business details before being listed or activated.

Caship may review category fit, business location, documents, offer terms, QR usage, complaint history, and ability to honor published offers.

Due Diligence For Users

Caship may review user accounts to confirm genuine participation. This can include profile completion, mobile verification, activity review, transaction checks, referral checks, and wallet activity checks. The aim is simple: genuine users should benefit from a clean loyalty ecosystem.
