  1. Deleting Your Caship Account: You may permanently delete your Caship account at any time by navigating to:

Before confirming your request, we encourage you to carefully review the implications of permanently deleting your account.

 

Upon successful confirmation:

  • Your Caship account will be permanently deactivated and removed from our active systems.
  • Your personal information associated with the account will be securely erased, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
  • Your Caship Wallet balance, loyalty credits, membership benefits, and all associated account privileges will be permanently forfeited and cannot be restored.
  • Access to your Caship account, including login credentials and linked services, will be permanently disabled.
  • Your transaction history, support records, and account-related information will also be deleted, unless retention is required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, audit requirements, or other legal obligations.

 

Data Retention: Caship may retain limited information where required under applicable laws, judicial orders, regulatory directives, or legitimate compliance obligations. Any retained information will remain securely protected and will be used exclusively for legal, security, audit, fraud prevention, or statutory compliance purposes.

 

Processing Timeline: Once your account deletion request has been successfully submitted and verified, the deletion process will normally be completed within seven (7) business days. In exceptional circumstances where additional verification is necessary or legal obligations apply, the processing period may be reasonably extended, and you will be notified accordingly.
