Welcome to Caship Consumer Networks (“Caship”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.caship.in, the Caship mobile/web application, and all associated services, features, or tools (collectively, “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our related policies (including Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • User / Member: Any individual registering or using services on Caship, including free and paid members.

  • Merchant: Any business entity that has registered with Caship to offer rewards, loyalty points, or promotions.

  • Million Club: Caship’s premium subscription plan providing extended loyalty benefits.

  • Services: All features, products, offers, memberships, and tools provided through the Platform.

  • Caship Credits: Loyalty credits, points, or tokens earned by users as part of reward programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under applicable Indian law to register or transact on Caship. By registering, you represent that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • To use most features, you must create an account using a valid mobile number or email.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Any action performed under your login shall be deemed to be performed by you.

  • You agree to immediately notify Caship in case of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

4. Services Overview

Caship operates as a digital loyalty and rewards platform connecting users and merchants.

  • Users may earn, collect, or redeem loyalty credits on partner merchants.

  • Merchants may access loyalty tools and promotional benefits after registration.

  • Caship may introduce premium or subscription plans (like the Million Club) with distinct terms and benefits.

All services, features, and pricing are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at Caship’s discretion.

5. Payment & Subscription

  • Payments made for memberships, merchant registrations, or subscriptions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly mentioned in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Users agree to provide accurate billing and payment details.

6. Use of Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Post, share, or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.

  • Attempt to hack, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

  • Misuse loyalty rewards or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Create multiple fake accounts for undue benefits.

Caship reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and software, is owned or licensed by Caship Consumer Networks and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal and legitimate business purposes only.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to Caship’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

9. Merchant Obligations

  • Merchants must provide accurate business information and comply with all local and national laws.

  • Caship reserves the right to verify merchant authenticity before listing.

  • Merchants are solely responsible for product/service quality, pricing, and delivery to customers.

  • Misuse of Caship’s brand or unauthorized promotions are strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Caship provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caship shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform;

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in data transmission;

  • Actions of third-party service providers, merchants, or payment gateways.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caship, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person.

12. Suspension or Termination

Caship may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, all accumulated credits or memberships may be forfeited without refund.

13. Changes to Terms

Caship reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on www.caship.in, and continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
