Since Caship operates primarily through digital platforms, all products, subscriptions, and memberships are delivered electronically — ensuring instant access, zero waiting time, and complete transparency.


1. Nature of Services

Caship offers digital loyalty memberships, merchant subscriptions, and online dashboard access.
No physical goods are shipped from our end. Therefore, all deliveries under Caship are considered electronic deliveries, completed once the relevant digital credentials or access are successfully shared with the registered user or merchant.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • User Memberships / Million Club: Activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Merchant Registration / Test Pilot Access: Activated within 2–3 business days after verification of business details.
  • Digital Credentials & Account Details: Sent instantly via registered email and/or mobile number.
  • Support Documentation (if applicable): Emailed to the registered contact within 3–5 business days.

Note: Any delay caused by payment gateway downtime, server maintenance, or verification requirements will be promptly communicated to the user via email or support ticket.


3. Confirmation of Delivery

Once your membership, account, or merchant profile is activated, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS containing activation details.
  • A digital receipt or invoice for the transaction.
  • Access credentials for the respective service or dashboard.

Delivery is considered complete once this information is successfully sent to your registered email or mobile number.


4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In rare cases where activation or access is not received within the stated timeline:

  • Please check your spam/junk folder first.
  • If still unresolved, raise a Support Ticket at www.cashipindia.com within 7 days of payment.
  • Our support team will verify the transaction and ensure delivery within 48 hours of verification.

5. Address & Contact Information

As all services are digital, no shipping address is required. However, please ensure that your email ID and mobile number entered during registration are valid and accessible, as all credentials and updates are sent through these channels.


6. Merchant Deliverables

For merchants joining under the Caship Test Pilot or Partner Program:

  • Digital merchant credentials and dashboard login links are sent via email.
  • Brand listing and profile activation on Caship Merchant Directory are considered the final step of delivery.
  • No physical documents, POS materials, or hardware are dispatched under the Phase-1 model.
